Bug stats

Hello developers!
I see a diference betwen creation stats and in game stats. For example
Strg 1 -> 20% mele skill
Agl 1 -> 20% ranged skill
Luck 1-> 22% block
In game
Strg 1 -> 10 mele skill
Agl 1 -> 10 ranged skill
Luck 1 -> 10 block
--------

Strg 2 -> 40% mele skill
Agl 1 -> 20% ranged skill
Luck 5 -> 48% block
In game
Strg 2 -> 30 mele skill
Agl 1 -> 20 ranged skill
Luck 5-> 20 block
-------------
Strg 5 -> 100% mele skill
Agl 1 -> 20% ranged skill
Luck 2-> 30% block
In game
Strg 2 -> 50 mele skill
Agl 1 -> 10 ranged skill
Luck -> 25 block

Percent is not equals the skill such as block, melee or range. Percentage means character's class orientation.
For example: Str 2 -> 40% melee = 2 / 5 * 100 (5 is max value). This means that melee skill will only work for 40%

How luck work? If i place 5 points i get less blocking than 2 points... I think, i cant check it now

Luck does not affect the starting distribution of skill points
