I have not found a blueprint for many locations. I am Lvl. 34 @ location 18, and I still am missing at least one armor and half of the blueprints in the shop that sells potions. Also, I somehow have 2 identical listings for the "antidote potion". Are these drops rediculously rare? Did I miss them and can never find them again?

The hidden chest hasn't spawned blueprints in at least 10 locations...despite full clears of ruins and main locations. That's the problem.

Strange. I checked it and don't found any error. Blueprint is spawn in chest in ruins as normal

The blueprint will be spawn until you pick it up.
Try to search at the new generated ancient ruins at 4+ location
